Happy Thanksgiving to all my wonderful GW friends

Just want to wish you all a blessed Holiday complete with specials times shared with your family and friends. I can pretty much guarantee that joy with be felt and laughter heard whether that turkey came out of 100K kitchen or 5K tweak. So sit back, forget the "stuff" for now.... and ENJOY!!

And a happy Thanksgiving to you too!! And to us all.

It's not my holiday (as in go to cousins), so there will be no festivities in my new kitchen. Unless you count a turkey meatloaf? I sure have a lot to be thankful for, however, including all of you!

For reasons I won't go into ÃÂ¬t's impossible to celebrate the holidays adequately in my family, and Thanksgiving is the most impossible holiday of all. So this year I took off for four happy days of culture in Bologna and Ferrara, getting back late last evening. Jeff, thank you for reminding me and awakening my memories of what Thanksgiving's supposed to mean. I hope you and all the forum members had a great holiday! Dripping dark and grey here. Temp up to 50 degrees and windy and WET and did I say DARK. Inside the house is bursting with Amaryllis,2 Exotica,Madrid, 2 Ruby Meyer, 2 small Scarlet Baby?, Exotic Star, Trentino, 3 Pink Surprise, and a Chico just opening. Lots more coming on in the workroom including 3 Dancing Queen, 3 Rilona and 3 ELvas, and something labeled Royal Velvet that is scarlet orange so who knows! WIshing you all a houseful of beauty and many new bulbs to grow in the coming months!

Happy Thanksgiving!!! I, too, have returned to the forum. My kitchen was finished 3 years ago this month. The very hardest decision I made was the darn backsplash! The wonderful folks here helped me w/ that dilemma. I still love my backsplash and it is a fav part of my kitchen. Have a wonderful feast this Thursday!

I have a new gift to be thankful for this year--everyone here who shares their time and talents with thoughtful and much-needed advice! I know my kitchen would have been done this year if I hadn't found GW, but it would have poorly laid out and not nearly as functional as it will be now. Thanks to all of you.

Safe travels to everyone whether going local or far away.

Looking forward to using the convection roast for the turkey and warming drawer on the Samsung induction.

We have an elderly kitty who LOVES turkey, so today is his favorite day of the year. I'm thankful I have him around for another TG and to spend the day with DH and MIL.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and best wishes for safe travels.

I am so grateful to have my parents and sister here for the first time in 13 years. The last time we tried it DS came 3 weeks early and everyone had to make and eat Thanksgiving dinner without me or DH.

I am still in an old kitchen but I'm so happy to have the family recipes this year especially the cornbread dressing. Yum.

Greetings to friends I've never met. Wish I could offer you a piece of convection baked turkey and a glass of good white wine. It's good to have people about you when you celebrate the harvest and the seasons.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Please pass the bubbly and pie. Enjoy cooking in your new (and old) kitchens, or maybe better yet, enjoying dinner at someone elses's home!

My kitchen looks like a bomb went off in there right new and my feet are tired. Maybe a remodel to open it up and make it bigger isn't a good idea after all!! :>)

Happy Thanksgiving!

It's shivery here, with no power since Monday night and uncharacteristically cold temps outside. Thank goodness for the gas rangetop. And we now hear chainsaws down the road, hopefully getting the tree of the lines. 9 of the 10 of us are here, and the 10th is happily situated with another big family who is sharing their holiday with her...and we're all well and safe...so we count our many blessings.

Indeed, indeed, indeed, happy Thanksgiving to all. Turns out we had frozen chicken parmigiana (long story not worth telling) but the bird's in the fridge and we'll have turkey this weekend.

I am more than grateful for all the great advice, great ideas, and wonderful support I've received on GW for the past 3 years. Thank you, everyone.

Happy T'day to all...it is 75 here...raked leaves while wearing shorts ! Tomorrow night is supposed to be ........29 ! Yikes. So we will stay warm with the extra egg rolls that DD and DH made ! c
