Yes I think it works. I also think you could go a smidge darker - more off white if you wanted but it looks good as is and I don't think you will regret leaving it that color, unless of course you don't like it already. It's something you are giving a lot of thought to right now but eventually won't ever notice or think about again. Your guest surely won't.
I love the sparkly mini-bricks! I can't wait to see it completed.

I would rather see something that matches closer to your tiles. Can you get other grout samples? Don't rush with this as you will be stuck if you do not like it.
When we did our grout, we had help from the place where we bought the tiles. There are experts who do this all the time.

Thanks. I was hoping for something closer to the color of my tiles. My contractor really wants to use this laticrete permacolor stuff and I just don't think there's another color that works with my tile!

If anyone has any experience with these other colors that would be great!

In order to get other grout samples I think I would have to switch the type of grout all together.

This is the last decision I have to make. I really want it to be over!!

I have the mushroom color sticks for my current tile and they are a tad darker and less yellow than the color on this card you have. I also have the mushroom grout in my foyer and it is definitely a mushroom color and not yellow at all. I think you should try a sample of the mushroom or the antique white that looks NOTHING like the color on this card. Look up my posts on choosing the grout colors for my new tiles and you will see what I mean.

The white works but I would like to see the grout color a little darker to blend more with the tile unless you like the contrast.

Chitown, I think I used the same tiles as you are using. We put the first white grout in ours and ended up pulling it out. We switched to another brand and their bright white was much less bright white. It looks much better. Don't feel like you have to stick with one brand if they don't have the perfect color.
