Sorry, not yet! New build so we are just at the drywall and paint stage, no tile or vanities in yet. Actually, vanities probably are going in this week. I got the same medicine cabinets as pps7 from RH, and the same Kohler memoirs sinks. Our vanities are espresso, and my flooring is dark wood-look tile. The counters are carrera, and there is a backsplash above the vanities which are carrera subways along with the shower walls. We have chrome wall mounted faucets. Overall pretty similar to pps7 except with a darker floor and my fixtures are more contemporary/modern rather than traditional. The paint color is Gray Owl by Benjamin Moore. Hopefully, it will come out nice, but it's all just starting to come together now!

Thank you so much for all the kind words, your interest and your support! I have been on this board for 3 years...just not recently. I took a break from these boards a little while ago, just because I was kind of getting depressed at all the gorgeous kitchens! I admit, I even felt a little jealousy! Then just recently I stopped coming because we had already made our decisions and I did not want to get confused or torture my DH with some possible tweaks and changes. I am so happy to see some familiar names here on this thread. I know this sounds cheesy, but all the kind comments almost made me get teary eyed. Like I said before, this really is the only material thing I have wanted for a long time. But I know that Gardenwebbers on the kitchen forum know that a kitchen is not a material thing ONLY...for folks like us it is (cliche time, sorry) "the heart of the home." Maine_Mare-That is good to hear! He actually did not even do these as well as he could have, because he truly thought they would be in for a few months. Where he adhered the counters to the undermount sink, you can see some clear caulking. Also, the end of the peninsula has a gap where he came up a little short! But next time, he will do an even better job and if we can keep them for 7 years like you...then we will be doing great! But I am fine the way they are, truly. Very minor flaws. frmrsdghtr-I really really do not have an estimate. I think my husband said awhile ago that the cabs were about 5k? Originally we wanted wood stained cabinets, but the darkness of the kitchen (no natural light) plus wood floors and a desire to have butcher block counters (eventually) made us rethink that! I never dreamed I would have white cabinets, because I lived in a townhouse for 14 years with white formica cabs and I wanted a big change from that. I am happy with our white now, tho! I have considered SS for the hood and I have seen your style before, but for some reason I am stuck on white. I attached a link below of an idea, although I have heard mixed reviews of that futuro futuro company. I *really* liked some of their other styles. They were put in half assed by previous owners, so he has his paving equipment here at the house and is using fill and making it look PRETTY. A total do-over. My friends ask me if he can do stuff at their house (they are willing to pay, of course) but I say NO WAY...he still has too much to do here! I think we compliment each other well because I NEVER nag him. To be honest, there are some other things I think he should be doing rather than the brick pavers...but I also know that feeling when I feel "inspired" to do a project and I wouldn't want someone nagging me to do something else instead. mmhmgood-lol, inside the cabs we left it the natural wood color! I was very confused as well between all he different white options but what I learned is that Quartz is a man made product and honestly it looks to me like Corian. Quartzite is a natural made real stone and very different because its apparently a kind of more durable marble and its so beautiful it looks like sparkly crushed glass. Yes quartz is sparkly but again quartz is not in any way quartzite but people use the two names interchangeably when they are as different as night and day. Quartz its not nearly as desirable or expensive or rare or unique.Quartz is ore durable and has no maintenance at all so thats good but for me i wouldn't put something inn that looks like fake stone. I ended up getting Carerra marble because I wanted something very classic however I am being careful by having it sealed regularly and not putting things down without a coaster and always trying to protect it. Its worth it to me. Also look at Calcutta marble in my opinion its so gorgeous but my husband was afraid id get tired of it like I'm tired of my ugly green granite I put in 8 years ago and now am changing in my kitchen, Don't get quartz get quartzite or marble it will make your counters beautiful and chic and trendy and perfect. Bring sample doors from your perimeter cabinets and your island to the granite yard (or a couple of yards) to see which slabs make you happy with your cabinet finish. Yards sometimes give slabs different names, and since each slab is different you should pick out your slabs in person. This is especially important for stones that have a lot of variation and movement, since the slabs will vary more. The pictures I've seen of Sienna Bordeaux look beautiful, but you should go in person and see what looks beautiful to you. There have been several threads by people who purchased slabs, but when they went to pick them up or see them again those exact slabs were gone. So be sure to ask the folks at the yard how they'll make sure you get exactly the slabs you pick out and pay for. (Some people bring a Sharpie to put their name on back.)
