What Did You Learn About Your Kitchen Over Thanksgiving

As I prepared for Thanksgiving this year, I carefully observed what I was doing when it came to really using every square inch of kitchen.

1. I will need all the work spaces I will have (6', 6' and 5') when preparing expansive meals.

2. Instead of staring into a wall of cabinets, I will be able to look out the new windows to be installed. I can hardly wait!

3. I have often used a SS sink as a landing zone for hot pans and lids. Buying corian countertops and sink would cease this activity immediately. Gave me great pause.

4. Lots of activity around the range. Most days aren't like that but it sure would be nice to have a wall oven when it's really busy.

5. DW gets filled up crazy fast and our current one is NOISY!

What did you learn from preparing a grandiose meal?
