Lurker w/ almost finished kitchenette. Finishing touch Qs

So I've been obsessively reading these forums for advice. Lusting over everyone's carrara marble countertops, even got samples of the coveted beveled arabesque backsplash (sadly we ended up not using it but I'm determined to use it eventually).

So my mom and I added a kitchenette to a small guesthouse built in the 1930s.

we used cabinets from Cabinets to Go.

Subway tile backsplash, cararra marble countertops. (yes I know we are insane for a rental)

the big giant splurge was the viking undercounter fridge.

Still waiting on the Bertazzoni stove

And deciding if we should put handles on the fake undersink drawers. (Any opinions?)

Also the cabinet light that's really high is sort of driving me nuts. does it need a valance or something?

Learned a lot, made some rookie mistakes, went way over budget. And I'm sure I'll be begging for more help when we start on the next rental kitchen.
