Anyone use StreetShoe on their floors?

We are getting hardwood installed in our whole first floor which will include the kitchen. I've always had polyurethened floors but this sub uses StreetShoe. I have researched it online and haven't found any negative reviews but I'm wondering if anyone here has personal experience bad or good with the product. It seems to have benefits of less smell and faster curing than poly but curious about how it holds up in the long run. Thanks!

I have absolutely no direct experience with this product. However, one of the best regarded floor finishers in my neighborhood swears by it.

Yes! We did our floors in our last house with this. Turned out beautiful. Supposed to be very durable and hold up excellently against water. I was told by the mill we purchased it from that it is what is used on gym floors. We got the satin finish and it was great. Won't yellow your floors like poly so if you want a natural finish you will really get a natural finish. One thing I would say, have someone who is experienced with water emulsion finish apply it because it is a different process than poly.

I’m considering getting them to replace my carpets. I had always wanted solid wood floors but I like how these engineered wood floors are oil finished so scratches can easily be fixed. I also like that they are Greenguard Certified. Does anyone have these floors? Do you like them? Do they feel solid or like a laminate? How do they hold up to everyday wear and tear? How were they installed? Thank you!

Anyone used Inhaus Sono Eclipse flooring? Opinions?

We have SONO Pacific Beach throughout our entire home (over 2100 sq ft) It was installed in 2018. This is a summer home that has been used maybe 5-7 weekends a year up until last June when we moved in full time. It is only my husband and myself and an occasional visit from kids/grandkids. The entire floor is failing. The short ends of the boards are all lifting and gapping, and we have two boards with ends that have completely broken off. Inhaus is refusing to warranty this, other than providing a direct product swap (no install) or a reimbursement for the WHOLESALE price that they sold it to the distributor for. The distributor has dropped their entire line and does not carry it anymore, so Inhaus is saying they are not responsible for that portion of the warranty. Why is this in any way my problem? It is a MANUFACTURER'S defect, the distributor and installer should not have any part of this transaction. When a company warranties a product, that warranty should include removal and replacement. Looking for advice from anyone else out there who is in this position. I think there should be a full reimbursement by Inhaus... maybe a class action lawsuit is in order? Anyone else reached out for legal advice on this?

What are you asking? I do not like hickory it is IMO too busy but that is also decided on many things so I need more info and you need to understand seeing this in someone elses space will not be helpful
