This is driving me crazy..... Try it!
Comments (17)Ok, I could have been clearer. try this: When the game starts go straight down and let the four pieces cross over head-when they do go straight up and to the right hand corner where you can wait there unbothered for a few seconds. Then there will be a square that will bounce at you from the lower right hand corner. Go down the left hand side to avoid it making sure you avoid the rectangle that will be coming at you. 72 is my highest so far and like oojen says it's more of a meory game. I find it easier if I don't focus on my square but pay more attention to the blue squares bumping around. Have you all played the game where you throw the crunched up paper at the waste basket? Talk about addicting....See MoreMy sunflower plants are trying to drive me totally crazy
Comments (5)LOL Here it is. My dinky sunflower.... Fran do think there maybe is too much nitrogen in the garden... I talked to a farmer this weekend and he said maybe I need calcium and phophourous added to the soil. We used 10 10 10 and lime. I think I might send a soil sample in just to see.. Well here is my little guy...... Barb...See MorePictures of Silestone Helix?
Comments (51)Also, for the LG and other brands, I called main customer service # to find out where the full slabs are warehoused. There are a lot in Long Island granite places as well as Brooklyn and NJ. Then I went to those warehouses to see the full slabs which look very different to me than the samples. I often loved the sample and disliked the slab. But, the problem with the slabs is that the lighting in the warehouses and the veritical display (vs counter horizontal) also makes a difference in perception. So, seeing anything on an actual display is much better....See MoreMore countertop question/opinions...
Comments (2)Having Pentalquartz in a quiet pattern, I know a fabricator CAN give you an almost invisible seam. Mine is the width of a hair and I only see it because I know where to look. However, I'd do the white quartz on white cabinets, and I'm not even a white kitchen person. Then I'd do a light gray tile, probably in a crackle tile because crackle adds a little textural interest. I have granite in my bathroom and enjoy looking at the crystals and variations that Mother Nature created, so I'd like that on my island where people sit and notice those things. I know someone recently did Jet Mist--amck?--and it is easy to maintain....See MoreHydragea
