Stick with the lazy/super susan. The blind corner units are really for people who cannot fit a susan. Susans are much easier to use and nothing can fall off of them. With a blind corner unit, if something falls off, you cannot close them until you crawl back into the corner and retrieve the item. My KD discourages them b/c she's had so many complaints from clients who got them. (If you insist, she'll order one since it's your kitchen, but it goes against her better judgment.) I don't know if super susan shelves are adjustable (the turntables sit on stationary shelves in the cabinet, but the top shelf may be adjustable). However, I wouldn't want to store my KA mixer (or any heavy appliance) below the counter if I had to lift it out, regardless of cabinet type (except, maybe a lift, but I'm not sure even then since you still have to lift it up to the counter since I don't think those lifts are really stable enough to use the mixer for any length of time or w/a lot of movement). Rather, I suggest you consider either storing it on the counter (if you don't like the way it "looks", get a nice cover...but remember, this is a kitchen, not a formal living room or similar) OR in a pantry on a shelf somewhere around waist or slightly higher height. Your Cuisinart can be stored in the susan if you separate the bowl.

I think it depend on how you plan to use that corner. I couldn,t wait to get my super susan in and now that I have it I don,t use it. I put in a large pantry at the same time and that took away my need for it. For me the space would work better with the double hinged door thats on it know versus the old cabinet door that was on oneside only and made access extemely hard. With the double hinged door I have easy access all the way to the back and it would be a great place to put large seldom used things like my pasta machine and canning stuff. If I wasn,t selling the house I would have already pulled out the super suzan in favor of a open large storage space.

The Korner King price is actually not that bad compared to Rev-A-Shelf, especially in relation to quality and function. I recommend the two-drawer model which is over $100 cheaper than the three-drawer, unless you really needed a short drawer for stuff. I am pretty sure mine was $299 plus $55 shipping, but it was the more expensive line and you could do the value line. Not cheap, but worth it, especially since you can retro-fit it.

My Ikea lazy susan cab sits right next to my sink cabinet. I've read many posts here where peeps complain that the Ikea susan wastes space (it's a 38x38" cab and there is about 4 or 5 inches of empty space between the shelves and the the cabinet sides. Well, I find this "wasted space" perfect for storing large items upright that don't fit in any other cabinet and that I use when working at the sink. On one side of the susan, I store a super sized cutting board that we use for prepping over the sink/counter and an extra large tray that we use daily to carry dishes and food from the kitchen to the dining room and back. On the other side of the rotating susan we've installed a pull-out double towel rail for my dish towels (my under-sink pull-out holds a trash can and cleaning supplies and I really didn't want to keep my dish towels in there). The bottom holds a foldable step stool The rotating shelves hold my salad spinner, an extra dishpan and colanders of various sizes, a well as small appliances such as the juicer, mixer, food processor, blender etc. Plus I have plenty of space left for new gadgets in the future. :-) During planning our new kitchen, I worried that opening the double doors of the susan cab and retrieving the items on the shelves would would feel awkward, but that's not the case at all. I'm glad I ignored the much repeated advice on this forum, to forgo the corner cab altogether or do a blind corner. Best of luck with your kitchen remodel.
