Shaker cupboards with six panel doors?

During our remodel we decided to go with "shaker", or "mission" style doors on the cupboards.

We also plan to replace the old hollow core doors with solid wood doors.

Finally, we plan to replace the old junky pine base/door trim with nicer oak "craftsman" style trim.

However, after pricing shaker solid hardwood doors, we just don't have the budget for them.

The standard raised-panel oak veneered "solid" doors they have in stock at the big-box stores are around $125 each, the special order doors start at $300 (veneered as well), and go up from there. I need to replace 16 doors, and 6 closet doors.

Would it look weird to have mission doors on the cupboards, and standard colonial six-panel raised panel doors every where else in the house?
