Joanie, our granite is delicatus brown. It looks like marcy used a similar granite, too. Marcy, your 3x12 tiles look great. It's interesting to see how a kitchen with very similar choices of materials creates a different impression because of style choices.

Hey! Our cabinets are coming today too! You're ahead us on choosing a backsplash, though. We don't have a granite sample and hesitate to be definite until we can see the two materials together.

suzannesl - I agree and will not select a backsplash until all cabs/granite are installed but want to narrow to a few ideas. Hope you love your cabinets as much as we love ours which were delivered today - they are GORGEOUS!

I would love to know where you found the "mosaic" behind your range! It looks beautiful! We've got Crema Bordeaux granite and it was suggested that we use polished crema marfil backsplash (2x4 offset). But, I would like a bit of an "accent" that would bring out some of the colors of the granite into the splash. Something like that would be fabulous!

I ordered this from an Ebayer located in Lebanon - 6yrs ago, I measured & taped out exact dimensions & then worked closely w/them for the final product. It was an amazing transaction as I believe I had it w/in 7 d of final approval and was priced very well.

I researched my Ebay acct & general Ebay search w/o any luck finding the seller - There are a few mosiac sellers from Lebanon

Here are some additional pics that I just took. It is a challenge w/camera, flash, proper lighting

shaugnn - the inspiration came from the sellers available works at the time probably early 2006. The sizing of what he had available did not work for our application so I wrote to him & he agreed to do a custom piece according to our specs.
