Show me your Vanity Hardware (knobs/pulls)
Comments (3)Our style is contemporary, so these may not be what you're looking for. In our guest bath, which is done with oil rubbed bronze fixtures, we used these Alno Creations Split Top pulls: They come in a variety of sizes and finishes. Made of solid brass and very solid. And pretty pricey. In our master bath, we wanted something simple, and found these Laurey Melrose pulls They're pretty light in weight, and because they're not constructed of solid brass, they're quite inexpensive. (We first saw them for special order at Lowes.) -- Eric...See MorePlease show your shaker style knobs and pulls
Comments (7)Shaker cabinets can take a lot of knob and handle styles. Some give a more traditional feel and others a more modern feel. We wanted something simple and unfussy with out design details that might pick up dirt and make them hard to clean. But we also didn't want to go too modern and we wanted the handles to be very comfortable to use - no finger pinching (some handles are too tight toward the ends and can grab onto a finger) and no thin edges (some cup pulls look good but are stamped out of a relatively thin metal so they don't have a comfortable feel). We went with Schaub traditional handles in oil rubbed bronze. The drawers are cup pulls and both drawer and door handles are about 4". Schaub has these cup pulls in two sizes and says both are 3" because the holes are on 3" centers but the holes on the bigger one are higher on the arch of the cup so the opening of the cup is a bit more than 4" on the bigger one. The Schaub has several dark finishes. The one they call ORB is a uniform matte brown and that's the one we got. They have two others that are brown with some brassy bits showing through like some other ORB finishes. We liked the more understated matte brown of their ORB for our kitchen....See MoreCould you show me pictures of your glass knobs on your white cabi
Comments (18)I lied (on accident). I got my kitchen glass knobs from Van Dyke's. I don't know what line they are since they didn't state. I do know they're glass. They may be Schaub since they're polished nickel. I just realized that our bathroom knobs are the Amerock since they came in the satin nickel. But we didn't order those for the kitchen since I wanted polished. The knobs look the same though, except for thr base finish. I paid more for the bathroom knobs because Van Dyke's was having a really good sale at the time....See MoreShow me your dark pulls on white cabinets
Comments (6)That's what I did and I am very happy with my choice. I have a lot of white trim and I needed the warmth of the dark counter and the dark pulls to make my space feel less cool and harsh to me....See Moreannkh_nd
