I have a fireplace and carpeting a lot like yours and I painted the room SW Latte and I like it very much. I have a beige couch and burgundy leather chairs and olive green accents. They all blend well together. If your room doesn't get a lot of light, then the next lighter color might work - Nomadic Desert. Other possibilities I envision would be a gold beige like SW Blonde. It would also blend with the rug and look nice with the brick, I think. Or a neutral green like SW Grassland or Svelte Sage. If you want a gold with more punch, try SW Golden Fleece or a green with more punch, SW Wheat Grass or Rye Grass. Just depends on whether you like walls to be neutral background shades or whether you want them to make a statement.

As a colorist, my first impression is that all your greens are too blue and the darkest ones a bit too raw. I agree the 2 light greens look too minty and may remind you of the old hospital greens which you don't want in your dining room! Rosemary Sprig is the best of all your samples, although hard to tell with the highlight on it. I would find a green that has a tad more warmth to it - more on the yellow side, and perhaps a touch browner, which would be a bit more livable. I find that paint colors tend to look lighter and brighter, or more colorful once on the wall than they do on the chips. Keep in mind that darker colors will make a room appear smaller, lighter colors the reverse. Good luck!

I think your instinct to go with green is correct, and there's no reason the right shade of green shouldn't go with navy. I just think you need to veer away from olive and go with a leafy or spring green. I have two recommendations for you. 1. Sherwin Williams Ryegrass. I first saw this on an Apartment Therapy post under "The perfect green." It inspired me to go out and try a sample of it myself and I loved it so much I'm about to paint a room in my house that color. It looks like it would go with the color scheme you already have in your laundry room. 2. Glidden's Fennel. You have to ask for them to make it for you, because it's not in a sample bottle or in their paint decks out on the floor, but they do still have the formula. This is in the same color family as Ryegrass, but a lighter green, without being minty or turning yellow. These are both great colors, if you choose to stay with green. also I am getting new furniture for my dining room I want a farm table so the rest will have to change out too. this is what Im thinking for the DR . I think if i do the grey and peach in the LR then this would work for DR.
