Kitchen Cabinet Installation Question

Any tricks on how to level a base cabinet on an unlevel floor. My floor is tiled, even under the new to be installed cabinets, but it is out of plumb. I would guess for a wood floor under the cabinet, you would install shims and nail them to the floor so they do not move around. I was thinking of nailing the shims to the cabinet frame (I would dry fit the shims to figure how much shimming is required, then flip the cabinet over and nail the shims to bottom of the cabinet through the 1/2" side panels. Does this seem OK.

Also, how many screws are needed to go into the wall stud on a base cabinet to secure everything from moving. Do I just need screws at the top edge, bottom, etc? The cabinets have what appears to be a piece of wood at the top for securing. Similar question for the wall cabinet...do I just need to secure the cabinet at the top, or does the bottom need securing too?
