Any Feedback on All Granite & Marble-Danbury
Comments (2)Hi, I've used them twice, the one in Ridgefield Park and the one in Stoudsburg, PA. I had excellent experiences with both locations! They had an extensive selection in NJ. I actually picked the stone for PA at the NJ site and they shipped it to Stroudsburg for installation at no charge. They were fast, efficient and the workmanship was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! I only wish they had a location here in FL. It's about twice the cost to get granite here, because the suppliers don't do the fabrication and you have to get a third party to do the fabrication. If anyone knows a way around that in SE FL, please let me know!...See MoreMarble.com anyone use them?
Comments (12)We shopped the South Plainfield location but didn't use them. We went on a weekday and there were only a couple of other customers there. The staff was helpful and they have a good selection. We ended up going with a fabricator that had done a couple of jobs in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. Stone Surfaces of Central Jersey We had already chosen a slab before we went to South Plainfield and didn't find one we liked as much there. We couldn't compare apples to apples on the pricing because All Granite (marble.com) didn't have the same slabs that we had gotten pricing on. Their pricing on an ogee edge was much cheaper than our fabricator would do it for, even when we presented All Granite's pricing. They may have different machinery that allows them to polish an ogee quicker - our guy said it was an all day job....See MoreGreat granite dealer near Avon/Spring Lake NJ
Comments (19)I took a ride to American Granite today. What a difference in the showroom compared to Benchmark. Carlos and Rebecca were both helping me, and very nice. I saw one that I liked with the colors of my cabinets and floor. I'm doing a small condo kitchen that's across the street from the beach, that I'm moving to as my primary residence. The granite I saw was Juparana Columbo, it reminded me of the sand when it get the dark grey streaks in it. I like the slab, they only had one (which is all I need) that was in the light muted colors. All the others with the same name were from a different lot and were much darker and a redish peach. I'm just not sure I like the pattern of the slab. I took pictures, and thought I had a picture of the whole slab, but I only got parts of it. I wonder if Carlos would be able to take a picture of the whole slab and email it to me. Asked about a sink, and was told it would be about $200.00 additional. Benchmark was including a 16 gauge SS D-sink. Has anyone heard of AW Eurostile in Ocean or a place in Shrewsbury (not sure of the name)? I'm trying to avoid going to OHM, I think it might be too overwhelming, and I'll never be able to make a decision. I'd rather stay with smaller places. I'll try to attach pictures, let me know what you think. Thanks for your help. Here is a link that might be useful: granite juparana columbo...See MoreGranite in Northern NJ?
Comments (11)WOW - thank you fellow Jerseyites!!!! All Marble and Granite came very highly recommended to my husband. We went there yesterday and because it was the day before Easter and they were closing early, we sort of got the "bum's rush." They were very agreeable to giving us a bunch of samples however. Problem is, the samples have only numbers, and I'm pretty sure a couple of the ones they gave me were not what I asked for. We're definitely going to go back to look again - at a time where we can actually go into the yard and look at slabs. I feel like out of the samples I took home, none of them are exactly "perfect" - but I also know I can't really go by a sample alone. I need to see slabs. Still just trying to get the best idea of what's out there. I truly appreciate the suggestions of other places around me to check. Everyplace mentioned in the posts above is doable from where we are. Thanks!! SQ...See Moredrybean
