Comments (9)well, DH hung them whoo hoo. and about 6 others in the hall upstairs, the stairs walk set from the other thread, 6 more in the hallway downstairs, a set of leaf plates in the dining room and 1 picture in the bathroom this weekend. gold star for him :)...See Moreshould I replace the upstairs hallway pictures with the children’s bla
Comments (16)The frames are too small and too close together. If you want to fill that space with family photos then I would pick three special pictures, get three large black frames, use a large section of white matting around them, and hang them in a row on that wall. I just think the days of the gallery walls of mismatched frames is long over....See MoreUpstairs hall with arched window - decor suggestions needed
Comments (3)Why is the arch cut off by the ceiling? I would keep it mostly bare, but if you need some privacy I would do a simple duette/cellular shade or roller blind that matches the trim color. Place the blinds on the trim between the window and the arch. Done in the same white the shade will mostly disappear when opened. I don't think you have room for an inside mount....See Moreupstairs hallway help
Comments (9)I’m a drop confused. So just to clarify your asking what to do with the stairwell and the wall by the two bedrooms (which are decorated so cutely btw!!) Anyways, I would not do the family pics on the stairwell. I’d probably do a pretty wallpaper going up. With a light fixture. (Reason for that - I personally don’t light art on a slant. Like the frames will probably be hung going down the steps ...) I’d put those black and white pics between the two bedrooms. You may need another one to look symmetrical. And they may be a snippet too large. But try... :):)...See Moreelcieg
