please vote! help with knob/pull selection and arrangement
Comments (7)I like #3 by far also. The vertical placement of the knobs on the cabinet doors helps looks great and I think that the difference in size is actually a good thing because it breaks ups all of the sameness and looks purposeful, not like you just turned the knob on its side. It's so exciting when the cabinets are installed because you can really see your room coming together. When you can hold the knobs and pulls against the actual cabinets, the best choice may become more obvious. I had chosen a RH pull which I planned to turn vertical on my doors. Once my cabinets were installed, I felt that would be too many of the same fairly large pull and instead found a different manufacturer's knob for the doors that I absolutely love. I'll try to get a picture posted later today. This weekend, our 10 1/2 month masterbath reno should be DONE!!...See Moreanyone order from amerock.com/knobs 4 less?
Comments (9)Thanks ladies! I feel very comfortable placing an order. The nephew who built our cabinets gave me a hardware book. He may be able to get a bit of discount through his boss contractor license, but doubtful as good deal as from knobs 4 less will know soon. He comes to install bases , uppers minus the doors of course tomorrow. The kitchen is 99% DYI total kitchen gut job. We ARE crazy painting our cabinets ourselves. I had contacted an auto body shop we have done business with and a co owner is a HS friend of our daughters. But the unusual icy winter weather this year in MN up to the recent snow storms they have had an unusual amount of body work along with the nephew was concerned about the fixes of the usual dings etc. of finishes when installing. Even though the DH has not voiced it I think he know wishes otherwise. We have hired a bit of the electrical done this old house has knob and tube could not tell which was hot! and needed an upgrade to 200. Install and mudding of drywall, granite and backsplash and cabinets the rest has been/will be on us. Demo, insulating, painting walls, rest of electrical,- outlets, plugmold, stripping, re staining and poly floor, ceiling which will have tin ceiling tiles, painting cabinets bases, uppers ,18 drawers, and the doors, plumbing, gas line, etc. I am getting more kitchen than I would have otherwise! I have been taking photos not always when I should have and the lay out makes it difficult at times. Someday I will try and do a reveal just not too soon....See MoreAmerock "Conrad"

Comments (33)Could I trouble those of you with these lovely Revitalize pulls for pictures from a little further back, in context with surrounding cabinets? One of my issues is sizing; most of my drawers are 30 - 36" wide so I have to consider paying up for long ones or putting pairs on each drawer. I was sure I wanted Candler but the linked picture of them installed, and the feel in my hand, has caused me to re-evaluate. They seem "thick" looking, and when I used them at the model they were also less comfortable than Revitalize. When I opened drawers with Revitalize, my hand naturally fell so that my thumb was on the angled part - do you use them that way IRL? Here is a link that might be useful: not a fan of this look!...See Morerhome410
