Are all air switches created equal?

Our kitchen designer just brought over the Insinkerator air switch she usually uses. This is the one with the three buttons: chrome, white, and brushed nickel. Our faucet is stainless steel as is our soap dispenser. The brushed nickel is somewhat browner than the stainless finish. At this point in our remodel, I'm not sure if I can make any more decisions, but I'm somewhat inclined to get an air switch with a stainless button. Westbrass, Kindred, and Waste King are some of the manufacturers I've found which offer stainless air switches. I've located a Westbrass one for a good price, but I really don't know anything about Westbrass. Also, I'm assuming any manufacturer's air switch will work with our Insinkerator disposer, but that may not be the case.

If anyone can offer any advice or feedback about the brushed nickel finish vs. stainless and also anything about Westbrass air switches, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
