You all are making me nervous about upcoming remodel

I thought I had everything covered. The cabinets are being made, I have a sink, a faucet and light fixtures. I ordered appliances and we're searching for a countertop. The cabinet man has an electrician he works with and so I figured I was ready. I was thinking 3 weeks top from demo to completion but reading the forums I'm starting to get very worried that I'm missing something. I can't imagine what would take any longer since we're not rearranging anything, just changing it all out for something newer.

My imagined timeline:

Day 1- Empty the kitchen

Day 2- Set up temporary kitchen

Day 3- Demo

Day 4 to 9- Install new cabinets

Day 10- Electrical and templates for counters

Day 17- install countertops

Day 18- plumbing (new faucet) and appliance installation

Day 19- clean up and move in

add a few days extra for scheduling problems and we're at 3 weeks.

What am I missing?
