Will this Coffee Table Make Me Look Fat? :0)

I have seen all the hilarious Craig's List ads for crazy priced, crazy looking and just plain CRAZY things, mostly furniture, shared here all the time. SO, I knew I had to add this one for everyone to enjoy! It is hysterical, and could potentially be seen as just a tad 'off color', but I think for the most part everyone will enjoy it!

Daisy, thank for the info on your a/c experience. We have mostly casement windows in our CT house and they operate perfectly (Marvin). My biggest pet peeve is not operational but form, especially using a casement to mimic 6/1 just looks wrong to me. Hlove, thanks! That is helpful. Pal, Ha! Annie, I don't think it'll be a big deal to me, but I do appreciate in the vein I think you intended, which is as *one* consideration in the decision making process. Thanks Beverly, I'm not the slightest bit concerned about security. We have never even locked any of our houses, including one 12 miles outside NYC. I don't even know where I'd find a key. I love those pictures with the beautiful curtains. But looking closely at my room, I'm not sure I have room for sheers to the side of the windows. The space between the window trim and room corners is not very big. If I do do curtains, would I only do them over the window behind the love seat? Not around the two windows on the wall with the bed next to the night stands right? I am definitely going to move the art. Building for the CATS, that bedding is very pretty! The lamps are also very nice... but would I have to get an electrician? I'm not sure I want to get into that... I had an electrician come last year and move a plug 12 inches in my media room and it was very difficult, time consuming, and costly b/c of the way our attic is constructed. nosoccermom, I do like the glass table, some of those overstock ones look nice. They might pick up the color of the little birds in my other table. I really like the idea of the ceramic garden stool too and I'm looking for one that would pick up the sofa colors... ingrid, not too critical at all. I do like a cozy bedroom :) k9arlene I will look for lamps... maybe blue ceramic from the prior suggestion. Thanks so much for all the suggestions. I am on the hunt for bedding now!

I disagree with most. I believe the tan / golds with the grey look beautiful together. As a matter of fact they compliment each other. So don't work against it , work with it and enhance it! This is a nice room that is in harmony with the very colors your are struggling with.

All these HU-# user names are really confusing for us spies who keep folders on you folks. If you decide to do a graphic coffee table, here's an idea. Go get one of those wallpaper murals they print to your specified size, glue it to the top of a plain table, seal it with several coats of polycrylic.
