I just bought the Brizo Venuto Kitchen faucet with touch technology. It's still in the box, but I found it online for hundreds less than the local store was going to charge me. I bought it from Centrestage Wholesale who sells through Amazon. They only had the bar faucet online when I was looking but I e-mailed them and they ordered a kitchen faucet for me. We're also looking at the Hansgrohe Talis S. Trying to decide between the Talis and a couple of the KWC faucets. I saw the Talis in a showroom & really liked it. Beautiful and ergonomic. The only thing I was concerned about with the Talis was the area on top of the faucet that you push to change the water flow to a spray. Since it's rubber do you think it will get dirty over time? The KWC's spray button was metal. Good luck with your Hansgrohe & Brizo decision. Let us know what you decide.

I guess am the lone Blanco Super Single person on this thread. I love its symmetrical rectangular shape. I know the Orca is very popular; it's just not me. I have the Blanco Diamond Super Single, and I love its corner drain - now I could never go back to a drain in the center! I do not have an issue with room for the faucet behind the sink, and I really like that my faucet is perfectly centered. That's just my taste to prefer it over the Orca. I have the Silgranit Blanco Diamond. I couldn't stand the scratches and watermarks of previous stainless steel sinks I've had. I am actually on my third kitchen reno, and therefore will be getting my third Silgranit Super Single. So that's a clear sign I've been happy with them! Bookworm - If you like the Orca, it comes in Fireclay also, which you might prefer so that you don't have the issues with stainless steel that your salesperson mentioned (and that I too dislike). What the salesperson said about the Orca scratching - all stainless steel scratches. You can get a grid to protect it and prevent scratches, but don't believe anyone who says one stainless steel sink scratches less than another. The brushed finish he mentioned will show scratches less glaringly, but believe me, you will see the scratches with a brushed finish too. Several mentions of a colander in this thread. I use two: RSVP Endurance Colander fits over sink - I use for washing fruits and vegetables - I just pull out my faucet's sprayer and rinse; this colander drains really well RSVP Precision 5 qt- Colander - I use for larger jobs, and due to my large single-bowl sink, there is plenty of room for it in the sink. Irina, Thanks for the info. I checked the parts diagram and except for the lever design and the hidden spray head of the Solna, the Brizo Solna, Delta Trask and Delta Trinisic use exactly the same parts for one hole installation. Hopefully, that means your experience with the handle should apply to the similar Delta models as well. I need a faucet immediately to replace a leaky faucet. In the long run, I need two faucets and possibly a beverage faucet for a kitchen remodel, but I am not ready to purchase them now. I went ahead and purchased a Delta Trask faucet in chrome to replace the leaky faucet. I like the look of the Solna but I like the convenience of a non-hidden spray head. The lower price of the Trask and being able to buy it today at Lowes tipped the scale. I figure if I want to match pieces from Trinsic or Solna later on, I can always change out the lever if I need to. For anyone looking for reviews on the articulating Brizo Solna, we did order it. Unlike some of the other member of this forum, I love the industrial/modern look of it. The faucet head is a little bit bigger than the "upside down J models", namely the Delta Trask and Trinsic and presumably the similar-looking non-articulating member of the Solna family. Hence, it should generate wider streams and sprays. The lever moves very smoothly. The lever motion range allows the temperature setting to be saved when the faucet is turned off. The articulating Solna shares some looks but (virtually?) no parts with other members of the Solna family. I really like the idea of being able to adjust the spray head up/down and forward/back in addition to side-to-side. However, we reluctantly decided to return the articulating Solna without even installing it because of two design flaws. The most obvious one is that the lever is long and it is mounted very high on the stem. It significantly interferes with the rotation of the faucet arm. The second potential problem is that the black hose from the stem to the spray head is very stiff and not very long. Not only does it resist being bent into the position necessary to aim it toward what is being washed, it stresses the point where the hose is connected to the metal stem. This point is reinforced but only with plastic or rubber. Seems like a high chance for the hose to crack at this connection point. The first should be a really easy design change. It simply requires lowering the handle and making it a little bit shorter so the top is below the point where the articulating arm attaches to the stem. Hopefully, the Brizo designers will figure this out and fix this problem. It is a really cool looking faucet! The articulating arm would have been very functional as well. I am sad to return it.
