Marble isn't large enough for the island! Need advice

Hi,

So, I chose my slab (montclair danby) and it's literally the exact width of our island's counter top design. I'm not sure what to do. Our island top is supposed to be a bow-shape, as per dh's desire to have two stools pulled up underneath it on one side, but it seems as though this is not possible because of the sizing. I'm ok losing the bow, but I'd like to hear thoughts and suggestions from all of you as to whether we should eliminate the bow and bring the width out a little more so the overhang is between the short side and an inch or so shorter than the bow was supposed to be. Or, do you have other suggestions? I need to decide rather quickly as the island itself is going into production. I love my slab and don't want to get rid of it, so we need to work with its size. I'm enclosing a picture that shows the island design. Please advise. thanks!
