Color experts please help - yellow or green?

I cannot decide between a buttery yellow or sagey green for my kitchen walls. I have a tiny kitchen in a 1940 cape cod cottage. I will be installing painted dove white maple cabs . . walls are pale yellow now; entire house has white trim. Original 1940s pine floor which was buried beneath tile will be sanded and sealed. I LOVE pale yellow for the kitchen but I am not sure if its too light with the cabs. I have a chrome bridge faucet and am not set on the tan sink. I LOVE sage green and have that in my living room and am not sure that it's right for the kitchen. I am probably going for a darker countertop such as dark green pavao verde butterfly but might do a dark wood top. I was thinking of a sandy beige tile backsplash.

You have to walk through the dining room to get to the kitchen. There is a swinging door between the two rooms. The dining room is also pale yellow but I am toying with painting it some sort of red but down the road, must finish the kitchen, must finish the kitchen is my current chant.

What would you suggest?

You walk through the dining rm to get to the kitchen. There is a swinging door with 18 rectangular glass panes but it's not up in this picture.

There was tile that had to be replaced due to a change in layout. We found the 1940 original pine floor. Here is the floor to be sanded and sealed (soon I hope).

Here are some samples.I'm not set on the sink yet or countertop color but I can tell you for sure the cabs are white.

Thank you!
