I found one incredible buy today!!

At my 2nd job we had a sale the last two days trying to clear out some leftover sale items. The 50% off and 75% off markdowns were at an additional 30% off.

So these items - set of 3 - were 50% off at 29.50 - even at that price cheap. Then the extra 30% - $20.65; then with my 25% employee discount I purchased these heavy, heavy crystal candlesticks for $16 and change which included the high sales tax here in Phoenix. Holy cow!!

So here they are:

The cheap candles - $3.99 each - were almost as much as the crystal candlesticks. LOL.

My question - the stickers at bottom are not coming off that well. Can I soak these in plain water without damage to remove the stickers?

Do you have any Goo Be Gone or similar product? I saturate a small cotton ball with that and hold it against the sticker until it loosens, gently rub the sticker and goo off, and gently wash in dish soap, rinse, and dry.

And I would probably just soak them in warm dishwater. What a deal! They are glamorous and very nice on your table.

Wow, what a bunch of experts. Yes, that looks just like it. The only difference is that the ones I found were a much brighter pink. Those must be it, though. They don't seem to have any particular use other than just being interesting to look at. Perhaps I can go back and find one to put in the yard. Thanks for your help!

They are stunning ! Try peanut butter. Put a little on a paper towel and wipe sticker in a circular motion.

Wow, two things I do not have - goo be gone and never have peanut butter; don't eat it, never will, won't have it in the house.

I will try the soaking them in water with dawn or something like that. Thanks.

I have used baby oil and a rubber spatula before!

YOu can try cooking oil, or WD 40 if you have that.

Lovely candlesticks,and what a deal! Would really love to see them sitting on a framed mirror or a very dark cloth.

Apply a little vegetable oil and leave it for hours or days, then scrape and rub off the residue. Nice candlesticks.

Wow, they go perfectly in your dining room! As others have said, since you don't have peanut butter or Goo Gone, the vegetable oil should work for the stickers.
