Need a good electric range replacement, suggestions??
Comments (4)I, too, would have loved a dual fuel range. However, our house is a single story, no basement(Florida) and the kitchen is in the middle of the house(no outside wall). I bought a Bosch HES7282U in August and have been VERY happy with it. This is my third smoothtop electric range and the difference between this one and the others is night and day. Superb results with convection bake, roast and broil, and the elements are very responsive to changes in temperature setting.....unlike the other ranges I've had. I highly recommend it. Do a Google for electric fireplaces and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. Up here electricity is VERY expensive at almost 15 cents per KWH. And power failures can come during a blizzard. So we have a real fire....See MoreReplacing gas fireplace with electric
Comments (2)Is there electric already there? Is it a vented or unvented gas unit? Is the new electric unit custom size to fit the opening?...See MoreAntique electric fireplace replace or not?
