Custom grille pattern on clad window for reasonable price?
Comments (2)Seems weird to me on both accounts. 1. The Andersen is more expensive on the double hung...? 2. The custom grid option and price does seem a bit high but not totally out of the realm of normal. The Ultimates are some pricey units....See MoreWindow treatments for whole wall of windows.
Comments (3)I thought about a tension rod with sheers. We could move the tension rod down lower when the window is open. Then I realized that is a really wide tension rod to be moving every time I open a window. I wish I could find pleated cellular fabric so I could make my own shade and make it go upside down. Or even an extra wide roller shade hung upside down....See MoreBest site for reasonably priced custom window shades?
Comments (5)I agree with Lowes and Home Depot. They are usually pretty good about giving you dates for upcoming sales. Lowes has 25% off (and sometimes higher) custom coverings from most major brands several times a year....See MoreHow to Sell or Donate Custom Window Treatments
Comments (7)Habitat for Humanity ReStore's set their own inventory, but they do have to accept building materials and fixtures. I'm sure your local Restore would be very happy to have these considering they could hang them on the wall and it doesn't take up a lot of floor space. Great thing is you can take the full tax deduction since you have the receipt and they haven't reduced in value. We recently bought 3 gallons of paint and it was the wrong color and we change the scope of a project so we donated them to Habitat. Donations to Habitat ReStore are sold to the general public to generate revenues that support building affordable homes for purchase by qualified low-income families via a 20 or 30 year mortgage at zero interest. Donations are not reused in homes except for those that come from vendors such as Lowe's, Home Depot or branded stores....See MoreRelated Professionals
