I was moving a can light in my basement getting ready for sheetrock and discovered that none of the Juno can lights have the cans connected. The green wire is just sitting loose in the junction boxes.

Also noticed that all my switches and outlets don't have the ground connected to the switch or outlet. The boxes are the plastic ones.

Is this a safety or fire hazard. I have already started connecting the grounds in the can lights. I alreay have insulation so this is kind of a pain.

If this is a safety or fire hazard I feel compelled to tell my friend who is a contractor who employs this electrician.
