NEED help styling my living/dining rooms and kitchen!
Comments (3)I would suggest looking for a beautiful rug that you love--it should have at least some of the colors you have already used in your rooms. Use the rug as in "inspiration" and tie-together piece. From your description, I think using your ocean blue in the kitchen area would be nice. What color are the existing walls? You would have to figure out if there is a good stopping point to switch paint colors. Good luck, and we DO want to see pictures....See MoreNeed help with paint color ideas....Living room dining room. Pictures
Comments (3)I think the colors currently on the walls work fine. I might suggest however that you remove all the small understated wall and sparsely spaced pieces replacing larger more intentional ones for impact. If you opt to keep the art and pictures on the walls they need to come down to eye level height. Rather than painting entire walls you could paint the transitional walls like a bridge (the one by the stairs and the one by the front door). You could go with a latte, coral, grey, or gold. Good luck....See MoreI need help with wall colors in my living room, dining room, kitchen
Comments (2)Please clarify this statement... "I like more war, colors like the beige or light tan to coordinate with each other." Also it is hard to recommend colors without some idea of the space and how the rooms relate to each other. Do you have a floor plan, sketch or pictures that you can post to help us give you ideas? Whole house open concept or 3 separate rooms with doors or clearly defined separations for different colors of paint. Also what color & type of flooring, furniture, cabinets, rugs, art etc... Without any of the above I can say I like the following colors & you might start your paint journey with:...See MoreNeed help with living room and dining room paint color
Comments (5)Do all the furniture pieces and carpet stay in the room? If so, take a look at Bittersweet Stem by Sherwin Williams. What don't you like about the colors you sampled?...See Morekarenlynn
