add timer to existing lighting wiring

Hi all..

I'm an amature in electrical wiring. In my office there is 2 lines of lighting which will be turn off at 10am,12pm, 3pm and 7pm and they be turned back on at 10.15am, 12.30pm, 3.15pm and 6am respectively indicating break time. For now, we just turn it off and on manually until one of my coleague said its tiring to do that everyday.

We decided to mod the existing wiring ourself since the budget is tight, probably too expensive to call electrician.

Can anyone give complete electrical diagram and what kind of device/relay needed to do this? There is 2 switches for the light. Voltage in my country is 240V 50Hz...Is there timer relay can be used in this case?

please help and thanks in advance :)
