4 wire splice -- to twist or not to twist?

3 gang switch box. 1 14/2 w/g in. 3 14/2 w/g out. 4 neutrals will be wirenutted together. 4 hots (feed + 3 pigtails for the 3 lights controlled by the switch) will be wirenutted together. 5 grounds (4 + pigtail to attach to metal box) will be (?) wirenutted together.

Is it ok not to try and twist all these wires together before using the wirenut? I'd think I'd have a much easier wiring this box if I didn't, and just let the wirenut take care of twisting the wires.

PS: Don't want to consider alternate wiring inside this gangbox. It's already roughed in & walls are closed up (and yes, I tested each before closing it all up).

Thanks!
