Bed wetting all of a sudden

Most of you know that my 3 skids went to visit their biomom for a few weeks. They came back the other day. We were pleasantly suprised, they all said they had a great time (which we credit mostly to the fact that they stayed at grandparents house with bm). Grandparents took them school clothes shopping and each of them returned with their own suitcase full of new (still with tags on them!) school clothes. We really appreciate it since clothes get expensive and bm doesn't pay support. Grandparents took kids out and did a lot of things with them during their visit. So, we feel a lot better now since we were so worried about them going.

Anyways, my question is concerning bedwetting. Last year, right before their bm moved she took them for 2 weeks. When they came back, two of them, the 9 yr old and the 4 yr old started having accidents. This was NOT normal, as neither of them have ever been accident prone. They had accidents in bed several nights, and BOTH of them had them during the day which was VERY odd. We just told them if it happens they need to change their clothes and take the sheets off their bed. We did not make a big deal out of it and after a few days it stopped, so we knew it was not any type of infection.

Well the same two have had accidents in bed since they came home 2 nights ago. Do you think that this is just happening from the stress of going there and coming back?

I know that when kids are sexually abused that sometimes bedwetting occurs, but I can say we are almost 100% sure that is not happening there.

Have any of you dealt with bedwetting upon your bio or stepkids returning home?
