So glad it worked out for you.... There's a meditation that Deepak Chopra does where the mantra is "I choose love." I like that sentiment and find it can help with a lot of situations. Of course, we are your real life friends, just not face to face...emoticon to emoticon perhaps... ;)

Lonesome (and his great granddaughter standing behind him) were foaled dark colored and have gotten progressively lighter every year, and now he has little brown dots that are called "flea bitten" but when he was young, he was a dark iron grey with black mane and tail and legs. People would stop to admire him. I will never sell my old horses. They would end up at the slaughter house...so they will be here until they die. If something happened and I could no longer keep them, I would have them put down. They will never leave this place. I have another horse that is 22 and one that is near 30 and one that is 9. They all look good. The secret is to never let them get run down. It can be difficult to put weight on an old horse but not too hard to keep them in good shape, once you get them there.

there must be something to recycle ..I will think on it. But how about a nice fluffy cotton rag mop...Dollar General has some, anywhere from $1 to $5. It'd be a perfect tail, the mane you may have to trim some. And you could probably spray some liquid dye on it to color it to match if you're going pastel colored.My DH buys craft paint in a spray bottle that's permanent, to keep making his beret look like new:) LOL..it's about $4 a bottle at Michaels.... Add a few strands of glittery yarn,too,in the mane and tail :) I've never made any with a yarn type tail,all mine were molded plastic...so it was all painted with a crackle finish,and I don't think I have a photo,but I'll look. maybe you could braid the mane and tail,too,with some flowers and glittery yarn in it......How does your sister make hers? Since the stores are getting ready for Halloween !!! look for the pin on hair they sell...if you have a Dollar Tree in your area they have some glittery, colored falls that would be great...If you have this store in your area, everything is a dollar..so you can do a multiple color pink, purple etc. Good luck
