duh!!! I just figured it out. but I do have another question. My browser isn't changing the color of the threads that have no unread messages in them anymore. All threads are the same color, like there's new posts when there aren't any. Anyone else have that problem? I've sent email to Garden Web about it but haven't heard back from them. I've deleted all cookies but that didn't fix it. I've signed out and then signed back in.. its getting frustrating and taking a lot longer to check in each time when it looks like there's new posts but after scrolling through to the end I find out .. nope.. nothing new added. :(

I was never able to decrease my low simmer settings. I am suffering along with a couple of flame tamers although even there, if the pot bottom is as large as the tamer, I (not really surprisingly) don't see much if any decrease. I don't believe it was clear with this post, but my old broken glass top KA cooktop had similar bad flame control to yours. I could control low flames perfectly, but I believe all burner flames topped out at a medium setting. My new inexpensive Whirlpool has much better high end flame adjustment range. I have never heard of a universal regulator but if your flames are even semi reasonable (not setting your hair on fire), it must be OK. Ordinarily, you remove the threaded cap in the center and yank out a little plug and invert it so that the outside area is a different height allowing more or less gas to pass a spring loaded plug that rests against the inverted thing.

I have used Tripit, but generally use Delta's app and it's features for flight notifications. It is my airline of choice. Same for hotels where I can check-in early and even pick my room.

You could also just message me your email address and we'll correspond that way. I haven't had anyone send cuttings before, but regular mail will take 3-4 days at most, so I think putting the cut end in a wad of moist paper towel and sticking the whole thing in any old plastic bag should work fine. It would get squished in an envelope, but you have a small box? If not, the P.O. always has free self-sealing small priority mail boxes in a display. Use whichever one works for you and tell me how much it costs so I can send $$ for either regular or priority postage by PayPal or mail.
