The chairs were free, DD had several in her yard. I asked her for a couple of them. She said yes. DH said no! Said we weren't going to have any nore jusnk in our yard. They were a little rusty and had no seats, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. One night a friend and I went to her house and got these. I hid them in the bushes until I could get them painted and seats put on them. A gal's gotta do what she's gotta do....right?? About a month later I found the table at a yard sale for $10. I hid it under a blanket in the spare bedroom until...etc, etc. When I got it finished I twisted HD's arm until it neary fell off to get him to tell me with a smile that he liked it.

Where are you located? I'm in Mass and we have these unfinished furniture stores called "The Mill Stores" who usually sell these. If you aren't in New England you may just want to look for an unfinished wood or furniture store. Many times they can order them if they don't carry them in stock. Also, if you post a picture and price range for what you want that can help with helping you search.

Have a look on Wayfair. Although I haven't seen this exact set, there are some there that are very very similar. They have pages and pages of them, this set may be on there somewhere.

Do you know a) is the X-back of your chair bentwood (not metal)? b) do they offer free shipiping often?
