Yo ..... You know I was wondering RoBoLady.... How would it look to use... the bike wheel... & some metal tubes.. or pipes..and chains... and then use --- for the baubbles... spoons etc.. ???? Now I know Mr. Kurkus and I both prefer the WOOD..... and those wood spendles...and post off chairs... and rails...etc... they are to die for... I just adore them... Guess the one I was seeing... was more of a wind chime type thing... **** Anyways.... Everything you touch.... or make or dream up... Every time you turn your Ideas... I love it! It looks great in black. To be honest, though, I like it better without the glass shades/globes. Looks more like an outdoor fixture without them--although I realize you need something to keep the wind from the candle flames. If it was mine, I'd try to find small glass votive holders (even old juice/shot glasses)glue them on with epoxy and then add the tea candles. Would add a nice sparkle in the evening. What a great dumpster find you made!
