I really like he ruffled daylilly's and yours is such a pretty yellow. I got 1 of Carols SB candy daylilly's. I hope I recognize it when it blooms! My daylilly's are all planted thru out a bed and they're all named specimens, but I don't remember what's who or who's what! They're just all pretty.

Yes...the beautiful lush tropical look around the pebbled lagoon pool... BUT...the gardener found a 4 foot long (and in his words, 'a wide' snake :() with diamonds on it was found behind our waterfalls!!! This very expeienced 'outdoorsman' doesn't think it is from around here... He seems to think it was an exotic snake someone had and it escaped, or worse, was let go!!! With this tropical look we all want--we might, unknowingly, invite some 'unwelcome' guests!! And to think how many times the kids & their friends just reached or walked back in the jungle and grapped an overthrown Splashball, football, volleyball, beachball, etc....without even knowing it was there!! We are so lucky!!! I'll be floating in my lagoon this summer with one eye open!!! Ha Ha :)

Now i regret getting rid of my perfume factory. i cant even remember why ? just needed to clear space ? well now i want it back . dang it .

My Fun in the Sun rose (planted bareroot this year) is on its second flush -- just as good as the first flush -- super healthy - gorgeous flowers - lovely fragrance. LOVE IT. I looked it up on helpmefind and read this -- which I don't understand -- "The new rose may be distinguished from its seed parent, a non-disseminated seedling of my creation by the following combination of characteristics: whereas `WEKpupmobalip` bears very double flowers (about 54 to 146 petals) of gold suffused with pink coloration, the non-disseminated seedling bears double flowers of soft orange coloration with significantly lesser petalage (about 24 to 28 petals). The new variety bears flowers with a strong fruity and spices fragrance, whereas the seed parent bears flowers with a light tea fragrance. The new variety may be distinguished from its pollen parent, `WEKjucistwe` by the following combination of characteristics: whereas `WEKpupmobalip` bears medium to large sized flowers (about 8.3 to about 10.7 cm. in diameter) of gold suffused with pink coloration, `WEKjucistwe` bears significantly smaller flowers (about 7.0 to about 9.0 cm. in diameter) of yellow blushing pink coloration. The new variety bears very double flowers (about 54 to 146 petals), whereas the pollen parent bears flowers with significantly lesser petalage (about 45 to 65 petals)."
