I love Sea pearl quartzite - just be sure to test any slabs you find because stone yards often mislabel marble as quartzite. karinMT has several informative threads that explain how to test.

Polished nickel will look best! Just don't use bleach or harsh chemicals to clean it. You could also go with a classic polished chrome which can handle anything and never goes out of style. I worked for Kohler and they don't use a living finish for their polished nickel. The artifacts line does look best in the polished finishes or the new pewter finish. Brushed nickel and brushed stainless are not popular anymore with respect to NYH.

Sea Pearl was on my short list before I went with quartz and we did white cabinets. It’s a beautiful stone. I would definitely try to match it up with cabinet color before deciding. Do a quick google search of sea pearl quartzite and look at the images, they have tons of pics of it with different cabinets.

Haven't installed yet...I love love love this stone. Full slab for island (10' X 5.5') and another slab for linear counters along wall. Paint colors are SW Colonnade Gray, SW Dover White and BM Briarwood. Cabinets are Graphite on island and Dower White on perimeter wall. The crystalline depth of quartzite is unbeatable.
