Please help me choose 1 of these two island slabs

Here's the context:

our perimeter counters will very likely be a honed soapstone. Perimeter cabinets will be some sort of white cabinet. Island will be stained cherry and floor is a dark stained oak hardwood. The kitchen will have a historic look to it (we hope). Hardware will be unlacquered brass and polished nickel. The island is a 4 ft by 8 ft size with a slight bow to it at one of the long ends. I'm torn between two slabs of Vermont Danby marble. One, montclair, is much more dramatic with dark veins running throuhout, while the other is much softer and less dramatic, no black in it. The quieter slab is honed, the other is not. Whichever we pick will ultimately be honed. Oh, the backsplash will be a honed marble subway tile. I'd love your thoughts on which one I should choose. I have to let them know this afternoon. Thanks so much!
