I have an ugly beach cottage - oak cabinet

There is so much ugliness that it is hard to know where to start.

I think I'd like to tackle the kitchen cabinets myself. I've been inspired by what folks here have done.

My vision - white cabinets, stainless appliances, a backsplash in frosty white, blue, green to evoke beach glass, beadboard ceiling, pewter light fixtures, quartz counters in a creamy beige.

What I have - oak cabs complete with bluebird and apple basket decals from PO, a white range (28 years old), bisque refrigerator & bisque diswasher (less than 5 years old), ceilings that look like egg white beated into stiff peaks, vinyl tile look off-white floor that is impossible to keep clean, tile Mediterranean (the 70s look) backsplash.

Would you paint the cabinets white and ignore the appliances replacing with stainless steel as they die or embrace bisque fully by getting a bisque range and doing the cabinets cream and changing the backsplash vision?

What would you do?
