Carlyn, you should really love Easter Basket. The only reason I got rid of mine was because of RRD (the first case in my garden--arghhh!) Other than that, it was a happy bush, the blooms changing subtle shades of pink blush, ivory-yellow, and white from day to day--very pretty rose, all wavy and fluttery. And no disease problems (other than RRD, which wasn't its fault). I'm sorry now that I didn't order another one. Kate

I have four Blush Noisette. They are all disease free, smell gorgeous and bloom for most of the year. They have been planted now for two years and are about 6 feet high and 5 feet wide. They are no problem, just lovely. My Papa Gontier, started to grow well and flower, but just suddenly died for no reason that I can fathom. Now all I have of it, is these photos. Daisy

Bernd, at least you can bend over to smell your fragrant hosta. Sigh....Hard to get down on the knees at this time of life, which makes POTS a good thing to use. And pedestals. I did not realize until today that I have hosta pictures still in my camera from Oct 11, which seems so distant in time now....but some of my best babies are flourishing still....like Paradise Island is more vigorous today than it was in August. I suppose that means their roots are going crazy with growth, anticipating the big sleep. Hope there is a big sleep. Did I mention that I pre-ordered from Naylor to get their great discount? That let me afford some of the more expensive offerings, including some of the newer fragrant ones. I knew I needed one (in limited supply) quickly before they were all gone....another order will follow before Christmas, you can count on it.
