I have a much older craftsman 1/2 HP Garage Door Opener that has quit working. When you press the button the motor tries to start but will not run. I thought that it might be the starting capacitor but it checked out ok. It will not work in cold weather, but ran ok this past summer. Now that it has turned cold, it has quit again. Any ideas? It probably needs replaced since it is over 20 years old. Thanks!
