Cold rooms...heat loss question

I have a 30 old house with vinyl siding. I've been slowly redoing the bedrooms, and currently just have the plywood subfloor in those rooms. Both the rooms were very cold last winter, and I thought it was due to the old windows. But now they've been replaced, and I can still feel the air moving around in there on these cold damp days. I lit a candle and put it on the the floor near the exterior walls, and the flame blows around like crazy. I don't get how all of the drafts are getting inside. I kinda thought that vinyl siding would block immediate drafts. I know that there's insulation in the walls since I've added a few phone outlets since moving in last year, but it feels like I'm sitting outside when I'm in those rooms. I'm not even sure what type of contractor to call to investigate drafts. Any suggestions?
