First let me just say, everyone sure has some very beautiful plants.I really loved looking at every one of them! Great colors too! Hi Bunnygurl, Thank you for the nice complements! The fire flash isn't difficult to care for at all, like a reg spider. So now you'll have to go out and get yourself one! With the reg Spiders, I let the soil dry between waterings. With the fire flash, well, I was doing the same thing in the beginning, but the leaves would wilt down a bit, so now it gets watered when the soil still feels slightly moist yet. Give it a big drink "before" it completely dries out, that way you'll avoid any sulking. Billy Rae

Fisherman's Paradise is a large standard. This is still a relatively young plant and it is already about 12" across. This one is Fun Trail and has been blooming constantly for about a month now with lots of fantasy on the blooms.

Thanks hopefulauther - Aeonium, will try and source one [or two] of those down. Chemocurl - no problems at all copy/paste and quote all you want,,,,if it means getting pictures posted, I'm all for it. Many message boards don't seem to have decent instructions on posting pics, if they have any info at all. Guess that's where we all come in :-)

Personally, I don't use hot glue gun for cloth material or fabric, because it makes spots and it is not very neat (in my point of view). I covered an album with fabric (I used a design like patchwork fro my american memories album, it is great!), and I used a special glue for wall_paper border. I think special glue for fabrics would be OK too. Once dried, it is impossible to remove, and ther are no spot at all. (My fabric was rather dark, I would be prudent with a lighter one!) The albums I use are easy to cover, because you can separate the front and back to cover them separately, and put them together when finished. I 'll probably cover more albums, because it is more personal. I was thinking too, to try to sew the fabric without using glue. Maybe it would be more neat. My father had some old school books covered that way with fabric sewed. hello from France! Joelle
