Hi Tammy, If you can bake a basic sugar cookie, a cute idea is a bag of Leprechaun Kisses. I used a sugar cookie recipe that asks you to form the dough into a small ball on your cookie sheet... and I made really small balls, about 1/2" in diameter and pressed a Hershey's COOKING Kiss (which is much smaller than silver foil covered Kisses)into the center of each ball, which flattens it a tad.Bake until they are barely bowning,or per your recipe, and remove to cooling rack. Put 6-8 in the St.Patrick's Day motif cupcake paper cups or just use white ones, and stack 6 cupcake cups full in a cellophane bag ($ Tree) with the shamrocks on it(I used a piece of thick white cardboard from new shirts, cut in the exact rectangular dimensions of the inside of the bag,and placed in the bottom of the bag, and between each layer of cookies, to give the cupcake cups of cookies more stability, and keep the bag upright. I punched 2 holes near the tops of the bag and threaded green and white curly ribbon thru the holes and added a decorated tag that had the Leprechaun Kisses poem on it!I'll try to find the site on the net for the poem, and e-mail it to you, and you can go directly there and print out the tags. I made these for my daycare moms and dads, too, and made teeny weeny cookies with a Nestles' semi-sweet morsel stuck in the top! They were the cutest...just a tad bigger than Goldfish. Oh, I sold the tagged and bagged ones for $4/bag to the Teamsters,in DC where my sister works... and I had so many requests for "normal sized cookies" that I made the standard size cookie with the regular Hershey's Kiss in the center and sold them as "Bunny Kisses for Easter !(2 Doz for $4! Enjoy !

No, I haven't found any yet. I finally made a sticker in Print Artist on Avery shipping labels and wrapped some brown kraft paper around a popcorn bag and secured with the sticker label.

Hello, here are some of the postings of these poems. Would like to give credit where credit is due. If you know these authors please let me know. Thnaks. Santa Prayer The sleigh was all packed, the reindeer were fed, But Santa still knelt by the side of the bed. "Dear Father," he prayed "Be with me tonight. Tere's much work to do and my schedule is tight. I must jump in my sleigh and streak through the sky, Knowing full well that a reindeer can't fly. I will visit each household before the first light, I'll cover the world and all in one night. With sleigh bells a-ringing, I'll land on each roof, Amid the soft clatter of each little hoof. To get in the house is the difficult part, So I'll slide down the chimney of each child's heart. My sack will hold toys to grant all their wishes. The supply will be endless like the loaves and the fishes. I will fill all the stockings and not leave a track. I'll eat every cookie that is left for my snack. I can do all these things Lord, only through You, I just need your blessing, then it's easy to do. All this is to honor the birth of the One, That was sent to redeem us, Your most Holy Son. So to all of my friends, lest Your glory I rob, Please Lord, remind them who gave me this job." Christmas Lightbulb Poem Here's just a little present to "brighten" up your day. It doesn't need much minding and it won't get in your way. But every time you turn it on and it chases out the gloom, Think of many years ago in a little stable room. Think of baby Jesus who was born on Christmas night. Nestled in a manger, Our Fathers gift of light. Christmas List I found this poem in another post here today, it says author unknown too. SEASON'S GREETINGS... Here's a Christmas Candle A gift for your family to share, Let it brighten up your season And spread gladness in the air. It is hoped that you'll enjoy A special season full of fun. And love will burn more brightly When your holiday is done. "I am the light of the world; he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." John 8:12 Merry Christmas Poinsetta Poem Long ago on Christmas Eve a little girl knelt to pray. Beside the manger, at the chapel where Jesus' gifts were on display. She looked so sad, without a gift to honor the unborn King. Just then, an Angel appeared and said, "I have a gift for you to bring. She gathered an armful of leaves as the Angel told her to do. Lo and behold, before her eyes the leaves turned to a redish hue! Now each year at Christmas time, Poinsettas bloom everywhere. Known as the "Flower of the Holy Night," the miracle from one small prayer!

I think this is the original poem but I don't know who the author is. At a time when we should feel most blessed The holidays can make us feel quite stressed. When you feel the crabbies coming near, Sprinkle your self with Christmas cheer! I make these too but call them Cheer Shakers and changed the poem to suit me.
