Ditto on Oriental Trading Company! Can you buy Amy's Cheese Enchiladas (frozen, family pack) where you live? They are REALLY good! If you are serving dinner and it's not too many people, I'd recommend them! I miss them; can't buy them here. You could also have a "salsa tasting." Buy several different types and put them all out in little bowls with a big bowl of chips. Here's the recipe for one of my specialities. It's named after my young daughter who refined it to her tastes. The result: adults and kids alike LOVE it! It doesn't matter how much I make, there is never any left over. Annamaria's Texas Guacamole 2 lbs. ripe avocados 1/4 cup LIME juice 1/4 cup minced red or sweet onion 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 teas. salt (or to taste but remember chips are salty) Peel and pit avocados and mash with fork. I just placed an order with Oriental Trading Company and felt the same way about their catalog. Our grandson had a Chuck E. Cheese party and I went to the Chuck E. Cheese site and wanted to order paper and stickers from there. But..they wanted more credit card information than I was confortable in giving. By coincidence, I had just received an Oriental Trading Company catalog and it had just the paper I was looking for...and tons of other stuff. You can go to their site and request a catalog. I'm going to the paperwishes site and check it out also...I'm always on the hunt form something new. Many times you can go to a site and get your own pictures from the characters at the site, but I just couldn't dig deep enough into Chuck E. Cheese sites to get as many stickers as I wanted. You can make your own stickers with full-sheet label paper, and I do that many times....

A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS AND ENCOURAGEMENT!!! The party was GREAT!! I hope everyone had has much fun as DH, and if they didn't, well .... it was for him. I did a toned down Caribbean theme with candles, hurricanes, and votives I already had, a $10 bouquet of fresh flowers from the grocery store, a few silk flowers from Michaels, and plates and napkins from Party City. I had to use the FR, kitchen, and DR for dinner seating: DH (far left) and friends did a mini concert in our unfinished basement. For our bubbles at the church, we made them. We bought packs of 25 bubbles at walmart, they were 2/$5. We bought 4 packs, a total of 100 bubbles for $20, printed "Dan and Wendie, May 31, 2003, and something else under that, and put a picture of wedding rings, wrapped the bubbles in white and purple tulle, and tied a ribbon around the edge, so you were still able to open it, they turned out great!
