Well, I finally got to use my little Xyron I got for Christmas. I used an idea I read about awhile ago and it worked Great! I took patterned paper ran it thru my printer so it printed on the back side(white side). I wrote a name using coloring book outline to print it. (Make sure you mirror the letters when you print). Ran it thru the xyron cut them out now I have my own patterened letter stickers any size I want (up to 5").

Does anyone have any other tips or tricks that you have recently tried?
