squirrel: You've done it again, very nice result. I agree with the others to keep out the stars and windows. I know it's hard sometimes to take things down that we like. I had to do it as well in my LR. I like the version with the leather chair near the sofa as the colors all work well together. Try putting the small geometric pillow on the recliner. I do like your rug. Have you tried running it the other direction? Can you use in the DR? It's so hard to pick a nice rug and if you have a pretty one like that, think 10 times before getting rid of it

Thanks, everyone. I am still waiting for the kidney transplant, but my son has passed all tests to be my donor and was approved by the committee today. They have one more test they want me to have, so perhaps the surgery will be next week. I'm ready to get back to gardening and other fun stuff. If all goes as expected, I will be recovered and back to normal activities in a few weeks, perhaps in time for a seed swap. We may have to rethink how we do this swap, but there is a way for it to happen whether I host it or someone else. I don't want to see it die as it has brought a lot of pleasure to many of us for many years. I have not been on GW for a long time and don't yet know all the changes that have been made.

Hi Heather. You should definitely go to the link again and enter your order number. You should get a report like below. If it says “in progress” and has a delivery estimate, don’t buy a new ottoman yet. If they don’t have your item, it will say something like “cancelled” or “in dispute”. If you can get to one of their stores, they can look it up and might be able to get you more info. jsk, the timing was what made me hopeless and devastated at RBG’s passing. kswl, I too wished she would have resigned to allow Obama to nominate her replacement, but I would note 2 things: first, I detested Sandra Day O’Connor for her remark that she wanted to wait to resign till a Re:^[<ican president was in office. In principle, though not in fact, I would have felt the same if RBG did something similar. (How innocent we were as a nation to view these things as a sign of partisanship on the Court!) second, remember the Re!.@#icans refusing to hold confirmation hearings for Garland and other Obama nominees? So, there is no guarantee that he would have been able to choose RBG’s replacement successfully even if she had resigned. Anyway, I grieve the profound loss of the character of this country.
