Comments (66)The sunlight shouldn't affect it. I can't think of any way that it would. "I have solid green and orange LEDs, " But that doesn't mean that they are aligned correctly and the slightest vibration could throw them off. They can be close enough to make the LEDS light up while the door isn't moving. Watch the LEDS while it is closing and see if they blink. Use a string or straight edge if you have one that is long enough, or you can also use a laser level. Using a string is easiest to describe, so I will use that example. I hope you can figure out my instructions! It's easier with two people but if you are doing it alone. Tie the string below one sensor and pull it over the top of it, then over the top of the other sensor. The string should lay flat across both. Adjust if needed. Then tie off to the side of one and pull across the other and adjust that axis also. Repeat step one in case the adjustment moved the other axis. I hope this helps....See MorePre-hung adjustment

Comments (6)A few tips on how I hang prehungs. after you remove and dissassemble. I lay it flat on the floor and adjust the reveals(Backside UP)Then i pre install the casing on the backside of door w/plenty of nails/glue. I then set door in opening and lift it up/down and adjust until I like all 3 reveals & set a plumb level on the 3 hinges.. Next get a few nails into the casing ONLY (into studs). Then go on the other side and shim it at 3 points on both sides all the while watching reveals. Once shimmed I nail the jambs @ shim points . Shim the top jamb & nail it and finally install front casing. After all is kosher replace 1 of the the top hinge screws with a 3" screw carefully sinking it into trimmer stud. Once you hang a few hundred doors in horrible framing roughs its a mindless task. Good luck...See MoreProVia exterior door installed not closing correctly, frame twisted
Comments (7)Doors can be tricky sometimes and they involve moving things around as neeed to get the reveals nd latches to align correctly . I often do this work afer a level and go by sight. It is hard to say what exactly is needed But the pics but we. Know it is not right. The Door might Need to be cut loose and things readjusted but We do know the door alugning with frame is not due to quickset. You need to ge them back out or you’re going to be stuck with the problem....See Moreolympia_gardener
