Hey, Those are GREAT!

I am so happy to have been introduced to them.

Now I know how you Pro's did your beautiful peojects to show.

I may even come to like PSP8 a little bit once I find where everything is "hidden"!

The difference between 7 & 8 is, 8 compares with you having a folder with a sub folder that has a sub folder! Have to search and dig to find what 7 has out in the open.

Gosh, His camouflage is so good I missed the frog completely in the 2nd shot, busy looking at the Agave of course, if not for that stripe under his eye, you really don't see him (even tho' the colors aren't the same, which fascinates me). He looks so completely at home, looks like a nice life. Nice Agaves too, I enjoyed CJordi's straightening you out on on that recent Agave ID ;>)

Hey Mike, I sent you an email. I actually have sent you 2 emails. I know your a very busy man but if you get the chance, please read them and email me. I really like that jade. Where did you find it? IS that a Logees plant? Hmmm...don't know if I would buy it from them if it is! I still have a couple dollar credit to use. How many plumeria do you have now? What varieties are they? I wish you could see my keylime tree. This is one imprseeive citrus! Must be that they are more vigorous than most citrus. This tree is a little over a year old now and has tripled in size. The tree is finally loaded with flowers, and I mean LOADED!! Too bad they are not fragrant. Kind of strange to me. Another mis representation of Logees. They describe it as being fragrant unless my tree is some alien mutant that does not produce fragrant flowers! Oh well...the Oro Blanco makes up for it. My other Oro is still potted but cut baxck to stubs. I can't give up on it even though for it to make a comeback would take a miracle! My Meyer is doing excellent despite falling over and damaging the surface of the trunk. It is now healing and I bought this huge sand bucket at Big Lots for $5.00!! All I need to do is make some holes in the plastic for drainage and it will be all set! It has handles on it and everything!! Well now that you and zecowsay have blooms on your Oro's I am crossing my fingers that mine will bloom! I still need to post a picture of the new one. Hopefully this one will take off. The tree itself is a lot larger than the first one and it looks even healthier. Your buddy, Andrew

Don't forget mr. toadie's living quarters........we take gourds, cut them in half........top to bottom, or side to side. Clean out each half and using snips, cut a door along one edge.....about 2 inches wide and 2 inches high. Let the kids decorate. Suggestions: Hop on Inn....H. Toad Proprietor Hoppie's House Its a Hoppin' Place! Its all fun! The kids can deccorate with paint, sticks and rocks.........whatever! Give it a good coat of polyurethane, (clear varnish) and let it dry. Now, just put it in the flower garden. Suggest the kids use bright colors so it shows up among the flowers and other plants. (it basically looks like a bowl, upside down in the garden) My grandkiddles have put them all around our house, and in the flower beds. Jan

Joy----I only have Toadies in My PSP8 files which don't work and Virtual Painter that came with PSP8 in Jascs file which works OK. Judy, and Joy, Sue had told me of that too. May have to look into that or just download PSP7 into this machine. I am bushed from trying all things to get it to work yesterday so I am going to lay off it for awhile. Have to finish getting files together to transfer into here from the old computer. Been doing it a little at a time cause I don't want ALL in here as most is stuff I don't use. ~Urlee~

That's beautiful Urlee! I agree with you about PSP8, I am getting a little more familar with it and like it a lot. One thing I have to go back to PSP7 for is text on a curve, using the bezier line. I can't seem to get how to do it in 8. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have tried it but just find it so much more difficult.

Kyry: I am with you. I have tried doing the text on curves in PSP8 and just can't get it figured out. I must have spent 4 or 5 hours, maybe more one day working on it. I can do it in PSP7 though...Maybe someday, I will try again. LOL.

Joy, Thank you soooo much for those wonderful links. I printed them all out as I think they are very valuable info.
You come up with the best tuts for us to learn from.

Carol & Bev,
We have to experiment on those and diplay our results.
I swear by doing tuts to learn.
I haven't done much with PSP8 but will have to work with it to see if I can do the what I do in PSP7.
Then we will be in business?

Urlee, I LOVE your background on the above. I had been looking for Toadies yesterday and couldn't find them. After seeing your pretty plaid background I looked again...found them...and have them in my PSP 7. I just started playing around a little.

That's how I found this forum again....a search on Google for Toadies.

I see an old friend from many years ago that I knew on the Kitchen Table....Joy CA. She sure helps everyone.

Thank you Marcia and welcome to this wonderful PSP learning forum.

And YES, Joy is the queen of the crop! She is the greatest!
Had it not been for her, I would not have learned PSP7 and how to upload and post graphics, etc. on here.
If her ears ring alot, it's because I am thinking of her whenever I am happy doing what she taught me.

And Yes, I have learned a lot from all the other gals here and am still learning but Joy kept me from throwing PSP in the waste paper basket. "lol"
