It was the colors that caught my eye.....I had done this tut some time ago....forgot all about it, thanks for reminding me Judy....lovely job you did!

I tried to animate the sparkles, but no matter how I changed optimazation settings it came out very dark around the edges. So here it is the original tut (except for a few added sparkles.) Plenty pretty the way it is.

In a different tut I too had problems with the drop shadow turning ugly (dark) after I animated it....it turned out that I had to reset my optimization settings...

See if this will help with your dark edges...

Open A/S....open a new canvas and draw a line on it...this will get the settings to stick...

Then click File....Optomization Wizard.....Next...Customize
button...Partial Transparancy Tab...now you want to change the blend color from black to white. Then keep hitting Next till you get to Finish and hit that too....

But you're right, its pretty as is... : ))

I think I found the problem. I had my settings as you said and still got the dark blurry edges. I went back to the jpeg I had posted and animated it these are my results. Instead of taking it to AS as a psp file using a jpeg did the trick. Still not as sharp as the original.

Very clever....I would have never thought of opening it as a .jpg in AS....
