Stucco cracking

Hello:

I just bought a house. Not knowing too much about houses in general I had house inspected prior to sale, and the house generally "passed" inspection. No foundation problems noted, etc. The inspector did note that an addition had been made to the home and that there were several straight-line verticle cracks (hairline) in the exterior stucco that corresponded to the limits of the added space.

Although the inspector assured us that this was no big deal, I still find myself worried about it. How concerned should I be about these stucco cracks and how can they be fixed?

Thanx
